Ladies: You commit way too easily.  As I check out the social networking sites, it’s amazing to see how many of your pages are splattered with “wifey,” referring to your “hubby,” and of course. you are not even married, engaged or remotely close. At best, you are friends with benefits.

There is a feeling among some women that all men are dogs, but ironically many of these same women don’t have a problem with calling themselves dogs aka the “B” word. Yes, the definition of a b***h is a female dog, but women didn’t always find comfort in defining themselves by the term.

The drug crack cocaine has literally destroyed many urban areas since its rise in the 1990s, but the “new” crack is creating a different kind of devastation because it is not limited to the ‘hood, but it is just as cheap to gain access to.  You can see it on all the social networking sites as the crack is shown off in pictures posted from the latest party.

Lately, there has been a lot of talk about change.  And change can be a very good thing.  Change, at its best, can transform people and cause us to rise to a higher level in life.  However, change, at its worst, can be crippling and even cause irreparable damage.  So we need to be very careful when looking at the issue of change because anytime you are trying to transform, there are a lot of things to consider.
