Fashionistas and fashionisters, I have a little treat for you. There are a bunch of fashion and beauty apps for virtual shopping parties, deals on on-trend items, consultations, instant access to the latest from top designers, to creating look books and even your own virtual closet and more. With so many to sort through, it can be overwhelming. I’ll make it easier on you and tell you which ones to check out.

Gilt Groupe Apps

Gilt Groupe is a website full of all types of merchandise from top designers and labels. Gilt On the Go and Gilt City are apps that make shopping for luxury made items faster, easier and cheaper. Each member gets instant access to these designers and labels at up to 60 percent off retail price. Shop Gilt On the Go for your home, your children, or travel and be privy to exclusive and local sales, special offers, and daily deals. The app’s advanced previews shows up coming sales in real time and also alerts you at the start of sales. Both apps are iPhone exclusive but the Gilt Groupe website is open.

Budding and seasoned fashionistas/ters, this is the app for you! The free ShopStyle app is a spinoff of the ShopStyle site. Both aggregates a collection of clothing, accessories, beauty products and other product from more than 100 e-commerce sites like Neiman Marcus and Ulta. Items are searchable by category, brand, store, price point, sales and deals, size or color. Even if you don’t know exactly what you want, with a few simples keywords the app can help you. The app connects you to retail sites where you’re free to purchase items. You can also see what styles are trending at the moment, mark your favorites and see what ShopStyle recommends for you.

F.A.B. bonus:

Mani Diaries

Every woman can attest to forgetting a few nail colors she’s worn. Ever been asked what color you have on and all you can do is state the obvious? In those instances, Mani Diaries is the app to have. This exclusive iPhone app tracks details of your manicures and pedicures—sharing photos of your manis, polish colors and brands, down to the manicurist you loved and costs. You can also share your mani entries and any notes about your colors and experiences on Facebook, Twitter, by email or with other Mani Diaries users. The app is a good way to search for your next mani and pedi color.

I’ll be sure to bring you more!
