Rice started modeling when she was a child, but shifted away from it. Now, her light is shining brightly as this 19-year-old graces fashion show stages, preparing for her separate career in print and commercial modeling.
“It’s fun. I like dressing up but I want to set a standard as well,” Rice said of her modeling aspirations. She added, “I don’t feel there are enough black fashion models in the world and I want to make a difference.”
